- I am a student & teacher of Kundalini Yoga & Meditation as taught by Yogi Bhjajan, KRI certified by the International Kundalini Yoga Teacher’s Association (IKYTA), and I am a graduate of the Wright Leadership Institute in Chicago, Illinois. I teach classes, offer private yoga and personal power coaching, and co-facilitate a group called Allies CAN, which is created to empower women through Celebration, Autonomy and Nourishment. I am also co-founder of Blissful Home® Inc, an Evanston-based company in the household and personal care products industry designed for the growing Lifestyles of Health & Sustainability (LOHAS) market. I am mother to two incredible children ages 11 and 7.
